DonJon Delcared himself "Artist of the Generation" in 2010 after discovering that no other Artist had claimed the title.  His statement that "Life is My Canvas" is the bases for his declaration, claiming that modern media has forced the Artist to be multi-dimensional, multi-disciplined, and fully immersed in their creative message, explaining, "Art is the Moment of Creation in the Attention Age; all else is Commercial Output."
